                Uptown Butte has a variety of places to eat at and a delicious selection of fast food, one of the better taco places in town is uptown at the Taco Del Sol on the corner of Granite and Wyoming.  They offer shredded beef and chicken along with the traditional ground beef for tacos soft or hard.   They have burritos taco salads and more.  Horchata is a cinnamon rice milk drink and is delectable and they serve it with or without ice.   If you dine here on a sunny day customers may eat outside on the deck instead of inside.  Great prices, very tacoish, and delicious.

After looking forward to a "semi-work-free" Sunday the beautiful morning arrived and we headed up for swimming in the warm water of Fairmont with our family and a couple friends.  Prices of $5.75 for 10 and under, $8.75 for 11 and up, and $4.75 for seniors 65 and up are for a full day of fun and warmth in the water. Choosing from the indoor pool or hot tub or take the slide (or go thru the door if you prefer) to the outdoor pool or hot tub will be the tough decision.  Drinks, snacks, and floaters are available at the desk and you may even purchase a swimsuit or other novelties in the hotel’s gift shop if you so desire. Dressing rooms with a sauna, showers and lockers are offered all around the indoor pool areas. Lifeguards seem to always be on duty, usually more than one.  We enjoyed this place for the warmth mainly but as summer approaches we anticipate walking the grounds to see the animals, such as ducks and llamas, and to play put-put golf.
